8. Mobile app additional data
Our coach mobile app (“Arena IQ Coach” on iOS and Android) collects the following data in addition to what is described above:
- Device push token— to send session reminders and attendance nudges to your device. Linked to your user account. Not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sharing with third parties.
- Camera and photo library access— only when you explicitly tap “Take photo” or “From gallery” on a player profile. Images are uploaded to your academy’s profile storage and are not shared outside Arena IQ.
- Face ID / fingerprint / device passcode— used locally for quick-unlock after inactivity. We never receive, store, or transmit your biometric data; iOS and Android handle the biometric match entirely on-device.
- Local app data (SQLite)— attendance and assessment entries you create while offline are stored in an on-device database until they can be synced to our servers. This local data is deleted when you log out.
You can revoke camera, photo library, and notification permissions at any time in your device’s Settings. You can disable biometric unlock inside the app under Settings → Security.
