Refund & cancellation policy

1. Cancellation policy

Users may cancel a service request, subscription, or booking before the service has been delivered or activated.

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to contact@arenaiq.in.

Please include the following details:

• Full name
• Registered email address
• Transaction ID
• Reason for cancellation

Once the request is reviewed and approved, the cancellation will be processed.

2. Refund policy

Arena IQ may offer refunds in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by the user
• Payment made but service not delivered due to a technical issue
• Cancellation request approved before service activation

Refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

• Services already delivered or activated
• User dissatisfaction after service usage
• Incorrect information provided by the user during purchase
• Violation of platform terms and conditions

4. Processing delays

While Arena IQ will initiate refunds promptly after approval, the time taken for the refund to reflect in the user’s account may depend on the banking partner or payment gateway.

Arena IQ is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
