Why Arena IQ exists
Most Indian academies run on three tools: a paper attendance register, a fee diary, and a crowd of WhatsApp groups. It works — until the academy grows past forty or fifty students. Then fees start slipping through the cracks, attendance history disappears into kit bags, and the owner’s evenings vanish into follow-up calls. Global academy software doesn’t fit this reality: it assumes card payments, email-first parents, and front-desk staff.
Arena IQ was built the other way around — UPI-first payments, WhatsApp-first communication, phones-only operation, and flat pricing that doesn’t punish an academy for growing. Everything in the product comes from problems real academies brought us: pro-rata first invoices for mid-month joiners, waivers that don’t corrupt the books, report cards a parent actually opens.
What the platform does
- Fees — automated monthly and term invoices, UPI/card payment links, WhatsApp reminders, cash and bank recording, partial payments and waivers, and a live collections dashboard.
- Attendance — one-tap batch registers on the coach’s phone, streaks, percentages, and drop-off alerts, visible to parents.
- Player development — sport-specific performance parameters, composite scores out of 100, and termly report cards delivered on WhatsApp.
- Operations — batch and schedule management, multi-role logins for owners, admins, coaches, players, and parents, events, and feedback forms.

Who builds it
Arena IQ is founded by Balveer Singh, who works directly with the academies on the platform — onboarding them, sitting through their fee cycles, and rebuilding the parts that don’t survive contact with a real academy. He also writes the guides published here. The product is built and supported by a small team in New Delhi.
